Our brand new double door ovens  are powered by 60,000 total BTU and features a stainless steel exterior, easy-to-use controls, and independent glass doors.  The 30" interior depth allows two full size sheets to fit side-by-side on each rack.  It has 2 modes, cool and cook, and 2 speeds, high and low.  Temperature ranges from 150 to 500 degrees. 

This natural gas oven has two racks measuring 24" x 19". Temperature range is 250 to 500 degrees. With the range above.

Our natural gas range has four cast iron burners, 12" x 12", with two removeable griddles. Perfect for small business.

Each station comes equipped with a variety of thermometers, spatulas, whisks, turners, cutting glove, oven mitts, scales, measuring cups and spoons. 

This station also includes day use of  one 72" x  24" stainless steal prep table, two  48" x 24" stainless steal prep tables, four 72" x 24" shelves for supplies, space in our three door refrigerator, mixing bowls, pots and pans.
