This brand new 20qt mixer comes with three attachments, whip, paddle, and dough hook.   Combined with the mixer's 3 speeds, these features ensure that product is beaten, whipped, and otherwise mixed with consistent, quality results. 

Our brand new double door ovens  are powered by 60,000 total BTU and features a stainless steel exterior, easy-to-use controls, and independent glass doors.  The 30" interior depth allows two full size sheets to fit side-by-side on each rack.  It has 2 modes, cool and cook, and 2 speeds, high and low.  Temperature ranges from 150 to 500 degrees. 

Each station comes equipped with a variety of thermometers, spatulas, whisks, turners, cutting glove, oven mitts, scales, measuring cups and spoons. 

This station also includes day use of  72" x  24" stainless steal prep table, 72" x 24" shelves for supplies, space in our three door refrigerator, mixing bowls, pots and pans.

 Includes a three-basin washing station with drying rack, sponges, sanitizer, soap, two (2) hand washing stations, one (1) food prep sink, one (1) utility mop sink with cleaning supplies, and an all gender bathroom.  Dry and cold storage is available for rent.
